Saira’s 12-Week Online Adult Weight Management Group Programme

A holistic, non-diet approach that combines evidence-based nutrition and psychological support in a warm, judgement-free environment.

This group is all about helping you rediscover your love for food and create lasting, healthy habits, so you can nourish your body and mind in a way that feels good for you.

What this programme includes:

  • 12 weekly online group sessions (1 hour for the first, 1 hour 15 minutes thereafter)

  • Evidence-based, non-judgmental support

  • Group activities with like-minded people

  • Summary resources emailed after each session

  • Monthly 1:1 coaching calls with Saira

  • Email support between sessions

  • WhatsApp group for updates and motivation

  • 1:1 follow-up reviews after 6 and 12 months of completing the programme

  • Eligibility criteria:

    • 18 years +

    • BMI 25kg/m2 or higher OR

    • BMI 23 kg/m2 with co-morbidities (such as type 2 diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, osteoarthritis, dyslipidaemia and sleep apnoea) or from BAME backgrounds

    • Active eating disorder

    • Complex and/or unmanaged conditions

    • Pregnant

    • Severe or moderate frailty

    • Bariatric surgery in the last 2 years
