Join us for an enlightening in-person workshop led by MeTimeLdn. Saira (Registered Associate Nutritionist) and Shilpa (Hair and Scalp Specialist) are coming together to share their insightful expertise on how to eat more mindfully as well as the importance of scalp care for healthier hair.

Would you like to continue 2025 by prioritising your health and wellbeing?

By the end of this workshop, you will gain a deeper understanding of what mindful eating is, its significance, and practical, sustainable strategies for incorporating it into your daily routine. Additionally, you will discover simple, effective and refreshing methods to nourish your hair and scalp.

Our guest speaker, Gabriela Bocanete, is a UKIHCA-Registered Health Coach, Speaker, Author, and Trainer, who creates programmes for brain health and wellbeing. She offers bespoke programmes to improve brain performance and longevity, using tools like yoga therapy, sound therapy, nutrition, and deep rest practices. Gabriela will talk about the power of breath, the importance of breathing through your nose, and guide a yoga nidra meditation enhanced by healing sounds.

Your ticket will include a 2 hour workshop including a guest speaker, live Q&A, refreshments, a raffle ticket and a goodie bag including luxury brand products.

· Entry will only be permitted for those who show their ticket upon registration

· Please arrive between 7.20-7.30pm for a prompt start at 7.30pm

· Do not record the session

· Please ensure you have a basic understanding of English language

· Only consume water and soft drinks during the session if you are going to bring your own drinks

· No smoking, drug or alcohol use

· Respect each other and keep what everyone says confidential

· Sessions may be cancelled in the case of an emergency e.g., illness, IT issues, bereavement etc., - these sessions will be re-arranged at the earliest inconvenience
