Join us for an insightful in-person workshop hosted by MeTimeLdn, featuring Saira, a Registered Associate Nutritionist, and Shilpa, a Hair and Scalp Specialist. Together, they will explore the essential role hydration plays in both overall health and hair care.

Continue 2025 by prioritising YOUR health and wellbeing.

This workshop will offer you a deeper understanding of how hydration affects your body and health, as well as practical tips for maintaining adequate hydration levels throughout your daily life. You will also learn effective ways to keep your hair and scalp hydrated, ensuring they stay healthy and nourished.

By attending, you will gain valuable insights into what counts towards your daily fluid intake, why it matters for your health, which includes scalp and hair health, and how to incorporate these practices into your routine.

Our guest speaker is Nanda Hirani, Founder of Nanda Message and Physiotherapy and Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist. Nanda will explore how hydration supports bladder and bowel health, reduces irritation, urgency, and leaks, and improves muscle function, including your pelvic floor. She will discuss common barriers to drinking enough, like fear of incontinence, and share practical hydration tips you can start using right away.

Your ticket also includes a goodie bag, raffle ticket, live Q&A and refreshments.

· Entry will only be permitted for those who show their ticket upon registration

· Please arrive between 7.50-8.00pm for a prompt start at 8.00pm

· Sessions may be cancelled in the case of an emergency e.g., illness, IT issues, bereavement etc., - these sessions will be re-arranged at the earliest inconvenience
